How to Configure Tera D5100Y for TicketTailor

Tera D5100Y Version 4.1.01 Manual

The Ticket Tailor App Required a special configuration to work with the Tera D5100Y. This method works with Version 4.1.01 of the Tera D5100Y. Make also work with other versions, but it is not guaranteed.

Configuration Steps

1. Connect the Tera D5100Y to your computer.

2. Scan the Factory QR code to reset the device.

3. Scan the following QR codes in Order to enable the _bc suffix required by Ticket Tailor.

Be sure to scan the QR codes in order, as they are listed below.

3.1. Start Custom Suffix

3.2. Send Hex Value for "_"

3.3. Send Hex Value for "b"

3.4. Send Hex Value for "c"

3.5. End Custom Suffix

4. Opene a note pad and scan the following QR code to test your configuration. "test123_bc" should appear in the note pad.

6. Connect the Scanner to your Phone or Tablet with the appropriate usb adapter.

7. Open the Ticket Tailor App

8. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner.

9. Tap the "Settings" option.

10. Switch the "Enable External Scanner" option to "On".

11. Backout to the main screen and launch an event.

12. Tap the "Scan" button on the bottom of the screen and scan a ticket.

You should see a green check mark and the ticket should be marked as scanned.
